The format for our session will be as follows:
· 45 minutes of sitting meditation
· 30 minutes for dharma talk or discussion
· 15 minutes of sitting meditation
Dharma talks are offered on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month.
Our discussion time is used for questions about meditation practice, for checking in with each other on how our meditation practice is going, or for discussion of the dharma talk or guided meditation.
